Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 4, 2015, at around 14:10, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the part of the victim, such as the mouth of a non-pelpel that needs to be treated for about 3 weeks in consideration of the face of the victim during the dispute with the victim, on the part of the first upper floor of the Busan Correctional Institution, which was located 29 U.S., the Busan Gangseo-gu, Busan, and without obtaining permission from the victim C(the age of 48).
