Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Performance of official duties;
A. At around 09:40 on February 14, 2013, the Defendant: (a) sent a large amount of 5 rooms above the 10-dong upper floor of Busan Prison, Busan Gangseo-gu, Busan, about 29 U.S., to the victim C, who is working for the Defendant, on the ground that he was not immediately dismissed from the working person; (b) caused the Defendant to interfere with the legitimate execution of public duties pertaining to the acceptance and management of correctional officers, by threatening the victim C, who was working for the Defendant. On the other hand, the Defendant was waiting for the discharge from the prison book of the prison, with a large amount of strings of the quid pro quo, and with a frily death. B, the Defendant is waiting for the release from prison.
B. On February 16, 2013, at around 14:38, the Defendant: (a) talked with four persons, such as the Defendant’s mother, D, etc., and attempted to spread false information as if he/she had been recommended in the confinement and disciplinary confinement zone of the investigation and disciplinary punishment; (b) notified the victim E, a visiting employee, that the interview may be suspended pursuant to Article 42 Subparag. 4 of the Punishment Execution Act; and (c) assaulted in a way that only talks about the fact after the victim E’s interview may be suspended; and (d) “In this case, the name tag is attached to the right right side of the victim E,” and interfere with the legitimate performance of public duties by a correctional officer, such as “In this case, the head of the Paris three pages.” At today, the Defendant’s mother, on the Saturday, shall not be an Saturday, and on the daily day, the warden and the head of Manman, who is a disciplinary action.”
2. Definating;
A.
