All appeals filed by both the plaintiff and the defendant are dismissed.

Expenses for appeal shall be borne individually by each person.

The judgment of the court of first instance is ordered.

1. The reasoning for this part of the judgment of the court of first instance is as follows, and this part of the judgment is cited in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act, except for the following cases.

"from June 27, 2017, as the plaintiff seeks, from June 27, 2017, as the date of the final illegal act" in the 7th 12th judgment of the first instance court shall be "from June 26, 2017, as the plaintiff seeks, from the date of the final illegal act."

The 13th sentence day of the same party shall be the "date of the pronouncement of the first instance judgment".

2. In conclusion, the judgment of the court of first instance is justifiable, and both the Plaintiff and the Defendant’s appeal are dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices, on the ground that “from June 27, 2017 to June 26, 2017” in Article 1 of the judgment of the court of first instance is obvious that it is a clerical error in the text of the judgment.
