The punishment of the accused shall be determined by a year of imprisonment.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. Night theft;

A. On January 28, 2015, at around 04:30, the Defendant intruded into a milk agency through an unreshed entrance using any cresh in the “D” of the victim C’s management in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, and then stolen the cash amounting to KRW 600,000,000 owned by the victim in Seo-gu, Seo-gu.

B. On February 9, 2015, around 23:30 on February 23:3, 2015, the Defendant: (a) invadedd into a swimming beauty room using any cresh in the trade name “G” of the victim F management in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju; and (b) stolen KRW 500,000 in cash owned by the victim within the calculation unit.

C. On February 23, 2015, at around 01:30, the Defendant intruded into a restaurant through an unreceptic part of the mutual “J” of the victim I’s management in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, by using any unreceptic part, and then stolen the Defendant’s 1 disease equivalent to approximately KRW 1,000,000, total price of the victim’s c,000.

2. Special larceny;

A. On February 23, 2015, at around 00:49, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the entrance and exit doors using any cresh in the mutual cafeteria of “M” in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju; (b) opened a corrected door so far and intrudes into a restaurant; and (c) stolen KRW 50,000 of the cash amount owned by the victim who is in a cafeteria and a cafeteria.

B. On February 23, 2015, around 01:00, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the windows by creshing the window glass through any cresh in the trade name “P” of the victim’s O management in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju; (b) invaded into a restaurant through the window; and (c) stolen KRW 30,000 of the cash owned by the victim in the calculation unit.
