A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;

A. On November 16, 2015, at around 02:55, the Defendant intruded into a restaurant through the window of an unlocked toilet for the victim D’s “E” operated by Pyeongtaek-si C. On November 16, 2015, the Defendant cited and stolen the Defendant’s imprisonment without prison labor equivalent to KRW 500,000 at the market price where the cash 10,000 in the Kabter was located.

B. On November 16, 2015, at around 03:00, the victim F, in Pyeongtaek-si C, intruded into a restaurant through an unlocked-base entrance operated by the victim F, and subsequently, she cited and stolen a credit cooperative worth KRW 50,000 at the market price consisting of a cash of KRW 50,000 in the said location.

On November 19, 2015, at around 02:40, the Defendant: (a) placed in the “I” restaurant operated by the victim H in Pyeongtaek-si C; (b) separated the toilet window from the room and intruded into the restaurant through the space; and (c) placed 600,000 won in cash in the West of the Kabter at that place.

2. Special larceny;

A. On November 16, 2015, at around 04:23, the Defendant: (a) laid down the entrance knife in the “L” clothing store operated by the Victim KJ of Pyeongtaek-si; (b) destroyed the knife and damaged the knife, and intruded into the store; (c) 2/3,000 of the market price displayed therein, which is the sum of KRW 483,00,000, and 3/3,000 of the market price displayed therein.

B. On November 18, 2015, the Defendant came to a “O” restaurant operated by the victim N in Pyeongtaek-si M on November 18, 2015, and damaged the lock door by putting it up into the restaurant, and then intrudes into the restaurant. Then, the Defendant 50,000 won of the market price at which 50,000 won in cash was included.
