Punishment of the crime

On October 6, 2009, Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) at the Gwangju District Court on September 21, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Gwangju Prison on September 21, 2010. Defendant B was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for special larceny from the subsidiary branch of the Incheon District Court on June 11, 2010 and completed the execution of the sentence at the Ansan Prison on January 18, 201, and on June 19, 2013, Defendant B was sentenced to six years of imprisonment for a crime of forging official documents at the Daejeon District Court on June 27, 2013.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Defendant A

A. In early 2012, the Defendant: (a) around the first half of the year, the Defendant: (b) expressed to the purport that “I request one to do so with no driver’s license”; and (c) was introduced in the name-disciled multiples of the trade name in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul; and (d) one of the B with a forgery of a personal identification card in the name of the Defendant via B via the trade name in the trade name in which Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul is newly established.

On August 2012, the Defendant: (a) drafted a driver’s license for a motor vehicle against F in the name of the Commissioner of the Korean Police Agency around the same time in the name of the Defendant’s personal information of F and the photograph of the Defendant, which was known to ordinary people; and (b) drafted a driver’s license for a motor vehicle against F in the name of the Commissioner of the Korean Police Agency at the French site around that time; (c

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with the name E, has forged one driver's license under the name of the chief of the Korean Police Agency, a document.

B. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) Defendant is a person engaging in driving a G Ecoos car.

On August 26, 2013, the Defendant driven the said vehicle without a driver’s license on August 26, 2013, while driving the said vehicle and driving the road in front of the Round apartment market in the wall glukeing apartment room, and driving the road in front of the Gwangjubuk-gu Round, Gwangju, with the view to discovering the police officer’s crackdown on drinking driving on the front of the direction of the Defendant’s running.
