A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;

A. On March 27, 2018, at around 01:15, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded into a window operated by the victim D and not corrected by the victim D in Gwangju Seo-gu, Gwangju; (b) opened a simplified credit cooperative using the key on the calculation unit and 300,000 won in cash owned by the victim.

B. On April 19, 2018, from around 23:58 to around 00:15 of the following day, the Defendant opened and intruded into a window that was not corrected by finding in E, such as the foregoing paragraph (a), and opened a simplified credit cooperative by using the key attached to the entrance, and cut down KRW 3,000 in cash owned by the victim D.

On April 20, 2018, around 03:04, the Defendant: (a) opened a toilet window behind the building and entered the building, which was not corrected for the first time at the △△ pharmacy operated by the victim G in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju; (b) opened the back of the unrecepted pharmacy; and (c) invaded into the pharmacy and stolen the cash of KRW 300,000,000 owned by the victim in the face of the reception unit.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure managed by the victims at night, and stolen the victims' property.

2. On May 2, 2018, between 06:00 and 07:00 on May 2, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened a window adjacent to the building in Gwangju Mine-gu from around 06:00 to 07:00 on the same day; (b) opened the window adjacent to the building; (c) entered the building; and (d) went to a simple credit cooperative located in the calculation unit of the place; and (d) stolen KRW 15,000 in cash owned by the

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd on a structure managed by the victim, and stolen the victim's property.
