Punishment of the crime

On December 7, 2018, the Defendant sentenced 8 months to imprisonment with prison labor for night buildings, intrusions, larceny, etc. at the Suwon District Court on December 7, 2018, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Suwon Detention House on June 1, 2019.

Criminal facts

1. At night, around 02:00 on October 15, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened an unspecified entrance and intruded into a restaurant, and stolen KRW 50,000,000 in cash owned by the victim, which is located in the West-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, with the “D” restaurant operated by the victim C.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property by impairing the victim's structure at night.

From around that time to October 26, 2019, the Defendant stolen the property equivalent to KRW 1,205,000 in total by the same method seven times, such as the list of crimes, from around that time, to around October 26, 2019.

2. On October 19, 2019, at around 02:20 on October 19, 2019, the Defendant: (a) cut the tent installed at the entrance of the said restaurant in hand at the “G” restaurant operated by the victim located in Pyeongtaek-si E; and (b) cut tears into the restaurant through which approximately KRW 80,000 of cash owned by the victim who intrudes into the restaurant and is placed on the display stand.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property by destroying part of the structure at night and impairing the structure.

3. On October 19, 2019, the Defendant was at night, around 02:40 on and around October 19, 2019, at the “J” restaurant operated by the victim I located in Pyeongtaek-si H, and did not open a corrected back door and intrude into the restaurant, and did not discover stolen objects, but did not discover stolen objects.

As a result, the defendant tried to steals the victim's property by impairing the victim's structure at night, but did not bring about such intent and did not commit an attempted crime.
