Punishment of the crime

1. Night-time theft of buildings;

Around 22:00 to 23:00 on August 28, 2014, the Defendant: (a) took wire ropes connected to “M” offices located on the second floor to “M offices” located on the third floor in Gwangju Northern-gu F and the third floor; (b) destroyed the windows of M offices; and (c) went into contact with the victim N, and (d) took cash amounting to KRW 30,000,000 in which the Defendant was located.

Accordingly, the defendant damages door at night and intrudes on a structure.
