Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. (i) On November 30, 1999, the Plaintiff entered into the lease contract of this case and additional agreement with the Defendant on November 30, 199, the lease contract of this case with the land indicated in paragraph (1) of the attached Table No. 1 of the attached Table No. 2 of the attached Table No. 2 of the Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, 237-1, 237-3 (hereinafter referred to as the "building of this case") and the first floor: 59.4 square meters in exclusive use (as shown in the attached Form No. 1 drawings No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 1) and separate warehouse: 15 square meters in exclusive use of the third floor (as stated in the modified agreement, the warehouse part was modified to 4, 5, 6, 7, 44) of the attached Table No. 1 of the attached Table No. 2 of the attached Table No. 1 of this case and the lease contract of this case with the Defendant 19. 19.
The main contents of the instant lease agreement are as follows.

(2) The lease deposit shall be raised by 8% in welfare every three years.
Article 5 (1) When a lessee has faithfully complied with the terms and conditions of the contract during the lease contract period, the lease contract shall be automatically extended for five years at the expiration of the contract period.
2. Terms and conditions during the renewal period under the above paragraph (1) shall be governed by this Agreement.
Article 6 (Lease) The lessor shall deliver documents necessary for registering the establishment of a right to lease on a deposit basis or on the site thereof to the lessee as the lessee so wishes.
Article 7 (1) Taxes and public charges for electricity, water, gas, heating and cooling, cleaning expenses, etc. related to the use of the leased object shall be borne by the lessee.
If necessary, a lessee may install separate measuring instruments.
Article 14 (Termination of Contracts) One of the parties to a contract shall commit an offense against this Agreement.
