A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 19:00 on December 26, 2013, while the Defendant was able to intentionally cause a traffic accident against vehicles, etc. in violation of the signal and acquired insurance proceeds, and was fluoring the object of the crime with E and F, on the DK5 vehicle driven by C, which was driven by C, the Defendant discovered the G HM5 car of G driving who attempted to turn to the left at the right right on the right right side of the Defendant’s moving direction, in violation of the signal from the Defendant’s moving direction. C was a part of the vehicle, and caused a traffic accident by receiving the above SM5 vehicle from the left side of the above C5 vehicle. On the same day, G had the victim Samsung Fire Maritime Insurance Co., Ltd. receive the insurance accident as if the said traffic accident was caused by negligence.

In collusion with C, E, and F as above, the Defendant received KRW 1,140,00 from the victim on December 30, 2013 under the pretext of agreement with the Defendant on December 30, 2013, such as receiving KRW 6,952,070 in total from December 28, 2013 to February 4, 2014, and acquired property or property gains equivalent to the said amount by having the victim receive or pay KRW 6,952,070 in the name of agreement or treatment expenses, etc., and in collusion with the victims, including C, from December 26, 2013 to August 15, 2014, the Defendant received or paid property gains from the victims, such as agreement amount, 57,23,320 won in the same manner as written in the attached list of crimes.
