Defendant

On July 5, 2013, A was sentenced to the suspension of the execution of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny in the Daejeon District Court on June 5, 2013, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on July 13, 2013.

1. Defendant A

A. The Defendant’s sole criminal defendant was committed in the alleyway with a view to inserting some of the wheels below the wheels of the vehicle and receiving insurance proceeds by causing a traffic accident.

On April 8, 2011, at around 10:30, the Defendant: (a) placed the house near Jungdong-dong, Daejeon, Daejeon, into the alley-dong, and caused a traffic accident by inserting a part of the Defendant’s engine with the wheels of the E E-business car driven by D from the alley-dong, and (b) demanded D to accept the insurance accident as if the said traffic accident was caused by the driver’s negligence.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 400,00 from the victim as agreed money on April 8, 201, received KRW 76,650 as a result of treatment on April 11, 201, received KRW 76,650 as a result of the above traffic accident, and acquired property or property gains equivalent to the above amount on three occasions from April 8, 2011 to April 11, 201, which is the date of the above traffic accident, and acquired property or property gains equivalent to the above amount on three occasions from April 8, 2011 to April 11, 2011 by having the victims, an insurance company, receive or pay KRW 1,673,230 as agreed money and treatment expenses, and acquired property or property gains equivalent to the above amount.

B. On October 28, 2013, when the Defendant intentionally caused a traffic accident against a vehicle, etc. that violates the Defendant’s public-private partnership signal and took the vehicle G rocketing car driven by F with the intent to obtain insurance proceeds by deceiving the vehicle, he is running by the Defendant, the Defendant is a H driver’s I.S. car or passenger car who attempted to turn to the left in violation of the signals on the road front of the Dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong, Daejeon Special Metropolitan City on October 28, 2013.
