Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 20, 2014, the Defendant conspiredd with B to open a credit card in the name of C, in which B was known to the general public, and B notified the Defendant of the resident registration number and the resident registration number of C, which B was known to the general public, and the Defendant applied for the issuance of a credit card in the name of C to a credit card solicitor, and on March 4, 2014, the Defendant had a non-facing Samsung Card employee, who was known to the general public, engage in the non-facing act as C, and was issued one credit card in the name of C by the victim Samsung Card Co., Ltd.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim in collusion with B.
