Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant who has forged a private document may be between husband and wife B, and may have known to the general public;

2. In collusion with B, the Defendant, at the time, at the place specified in paragraph (1), issued a copy of the application for membership of Samsung Card Member under the name of Samsung Card Holder, which was forged, as described in paragraph (1), as if he were aware of the forgery, and exercised it as if it was duly formed.

3. Although the injured party is Samsung Card Co., Ltd., the facts charged of fraud, each chain store that delivers the goods should be deemed as the injured party.

Since there is no risk of causing substantial disadvantage to the defendant's exercise of the defendant's right of defense, the part on the premise that Samsung Card corporation is a victim.

The Defendant, in collusion with B, purchased the goods, and then did not have an intent or ability to pay the card price even after the purchase of the goods by the Samsung Card in the name of C, then acquired them by means of the Samsung Card in the name of the said C, and acquired them by purchasing the goods worth KRW 3,903,500 in total on 22 occasions from March 6, 2012 to April 23, 2012, including the payment of the weak value equivalent to KRW 10,500 by using the Samsung Card in the name of C at the victim H pharmacy located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, in March 6, 2012 from March 6, 2012 to April 23, 2012.

4. On March 6, 2012, the Defendant is a thief, South-dong, Chungcheongnam-gu.
