Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the owner of Daejeon P, who is in Daejeon P, and is the related person of the above specific fire-fighting object.

No person related to a specific fire-fighting object shall engage in such activities as closing (including locking) or blocking the function and performance of the fire-fighting system in maintaining and controlling the fire-fighting system installed on the specific fire-fighting object.

Nevertheless, the defendant maintained and managed the above C's fire-fighting system on August 14, 2017, and around 10:30 on around 10:30, the defendant managed the above C's non-influence of the first floor receiver, the fire-fighting pumps in the underground pumps room, the non-influence of the fire-fighting pumps and the indication of the location of the sender, etc.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed such acts as closing a fire-fighting system that could interfere with the function and performance of the fire-fighting system.
