[Criminal record] On November 23, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment due to fraud, etc. at the Suwon Friwon, and completed the execution of the sentence on January 18, 2013.

1. The defrauded: (a) was in contact with the victim V while working in a Z referred to as “Z” restaurant in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si; (b) was in contact with the victim V from January 2014; (c) was living together in the victim V’s house; and (d) was aware of the victim AA, who is the remaining birth of the victim V.

On January 2014, the Defendant made an investment in the instant “Z” restaurant with the victim V in the instant “Z” restaurant. However, the Defendant may create KRW 3 million within two weeks if he/she made an investment in KRW 1 million.

There is KRW 200 million in the bank account in Korea.

Hner made a false statement to the effect that he/she would make a profit by making an investment.

However, the Defendant did not have deposited KRW 200 million in the bank account at the time, and there was no intention or ability to pay profits to the victim V because the Defendant thought to use the money invested by the victim V as the name of living expenses and personal debt repayment.

As such, the Defendant, from the time of deceiving the victim and receiving KRW 2 million from the victim V on January 27, 2014, from the time of receiving the delivery of KRW 2 million to August 2014, by deceiving the victims, such as the list of crimes in attached Form 1, and received KRW 26,275,600 in total over 12 times from the victims.

2. On April 21, 2014, the Defendant forged a copy of the application form for subscription to the LG Plus Mobile Call in the column of the subscriber to the LG Plus Mobile Call in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, by means of a computer, by entering “V, resident registration number column” into “V,” “AE in the customer address column”, “AG” and forged two copies of the application form for subscription to the LG Plus Mobile Call in the name of the applicant column, a private document on rights and obligations, for the purpose of enabling the applicant column to sign and affix his/her signature to V.
