【Criminal Facts】
1. Fraud - The Defendant, along with C, D, and E (hereinafter “C, etc.”), conspired to commit the Internet fraud by posting a letter stating that goods, such as heavy and high-level camera, are sold via the Internet’s direct trade website, such as the high-speed carc, etc., and by deceiving the victim by telephone, thereby withdrawing money remitted by the victim.
Around August 4, 2011, the Defendant and the above C, etc. posted a letter “Ftel 905,” which reads “Ftel 905 in the direct trade website, such as Internet NAV server expansion and carcin,” and falsely read that “to send goods to the victim G who contacted the receipt of the prior payment at the home page.”
However, the defendant and the above C, etc. did not have any intention or ability to send valuable Kameras even if they receive money from the victim.
The defendant and the above C, etc. received 330,000 won from the victim to the national bank account (I) in the name of H in the name of the second and second Kameras price on the same day.
The Defendant and the above C, etc. received KRW 1,465,00 in total from the victims to the national bank account in the name of the above H six times as the price for the goods as shown in the attached Table of Crimes (1) from August 19, 2011.
Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with the above C, etc. to receive property by deceiving the victims.
2. Fraud - The Defendant, along with C, D, and E (hereinafter “C, etc.”), posted a letter stating that goods, such as heavy and high-ranking carcas, are sold via the Internet’s direct trade website, such as the high-speed carcas, etc., and wired the victim by deceiving the victim by telephone.
