1. Defendant A and the Defendants posted a false letter on the Internet bulletin board Ntp: http//caf.naver.com/joint signature/f.nagrara) to sell goods; take money from the victims who reported and contacted the letter to the victims to obtain money for the sales of goods; or to the persons who expressed their intent to sell goods in writing on the sales of goods posted by another person to obtain money for the sales of goods; and to obtain money for the sales of goods.

On February 13, 2013, the Defendants conspired between the Defendants and the Defendants’ house located in Ansan-si, a member-si, an Ansan-si, stating that they sell children’s book while there is no intent or ability to sell children’s book, and false statement to the victim EL who reported and contacted the book that “on deposit, immediately send the book to door-to door-to-door deliver the article” to the victim EL.
