Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Around May 9, 2013, the Defendant: (a) posted a letter stating that he/she sells air conditioners on the “Niberian website” despite having no intent or capacity to sell goods even if he/she received the payment of goods from the victim C; and (b) received KRW 800,000 from the victim to the post office (G) account in the name of the bank (E) account in the name of the victim and the post office (G) account in the name of the F; and (c) received KRW 5,864,000 from the 18 victims over 18 times from the above date to July 24, 2013 as shown in attached Table 1 of the List of Crimes.
On October 13, 2013, 2013, the Defendant posted a letter and telephone number to sell a camera (DSSR) on the Internet, and made a false statement that he/she would deliver the Kameras immediately to the victim H who visited the victim H by reporting the number.
However, even if the victim receives the payment, there was no intention or ability to deliver the carpetas.
As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 200,000 won from the victim's Saemaul account (I) in the name of D.

1. Fraud;
A. On August 13, 2013, the victim J-related Defendant made a false statement that he/she would deliver the Kameras immediately if he/she had left the text and telephone number to the victim J who sent the price to the Internet NAJ by reporting the fact that he/she sold the Kameras (EOS10D) to the high Kameras among the personal service transactions in the Internet NAV, and that he/she would deliver the Kameras.
However, even if the victim receives the payment, there was no intention or ability to deliver the Kameras.
As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 650,000 won from the victim to the account of community credit cooperatives in the name of D to receive 650,000 won.
B. On August 14, 2013, the Defendant, related to the Victim K, to the Defendant, during the Internet NAV personal service transaction between the Internet NAVV and the High Corner.
