1. The Defendant terminated the title trust on January 25, 2018 with respect to the share of 9/10 among the vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.

1. On December 14, 2015, the Defendant, indicating the claim, purchased a motor vehicle listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant motor vehicle”), and registered 9/10 of the said motor vehicle under the title trust agreement with the Plaintiff in the name of the Plaintiff.

As the Plaintiff terminated the title trust agreement with the service of a duplicate of the instant complaint, the Defendant should accept from the Plaintiff the procedure for applying for registration of transfer of ownership with respect to the share of 9/10 of the instant automobiles.
