1. The Defendant terminated the title trust on June 4, 2020 with respect to the portion of 1/2 of the vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.

1. The Plaintiff indicated the claim and the Defendant divorced after a legal marriage, and the Defendant purchased the vehicles listed in the separate sheet during the marriage period and registered one-half of the shares in the name of the Plaintiff for convenience of the loan.

An automobile to be entered in the list is owned by the defendant, and since the above 1/2 shares were title trust to the plaintiff, the plaintiff shall substitute for the declaration of termination with the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to accept from the Plaintiff the transfer registration procedure for ownership transfer registration due to the termination of title trust on the date of delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case as to the 1/2 share registered in the name of the Plaintiff from
