1. The Defendant caused the termination of title trust on December 9, 2014 with respect to the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.

On October 2, 2010, the Plaintiff agreed with the Defendant to transfer the ownership of a motor vehicle listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “the instant motor vehicle”) to the Plaintiff and to the Defendant for the registration of transfer in the name of the Defendant after 2 and 3 months. The Plaintiff, upon delivery of a copy of the written complaint of this case, agreed to transfer the ownership of the instant motor vehicle to the Plaintiff in the name of the Plaintiff, on the ground that the said contract was terminated for the title trust with the Plaintiff, and that the said contract was terminated for the title trust with the Plaintiff, the Plaintiff made a request for acquisition of the transfer registration procedure for the instant motor vehicle on December 2, 2010
