The defendant will terminate the title trust on August 21, 2019 with respect to the 99% share of the attached vehicle from the plaintiff.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2, the defendant held title trust with respect to the portion of 99% among the automobiles indicated in the order to the deceased, and the death of the deceased and the plaintiff inherited the deceased's property solely (consultation). The plaintiff expressed his/her intention to terminate the title trust to the defendant by delivering a copy of the complaint in this case (the arrival of August 21, 2019) is recognized.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to take over the transfer registration procedure of ownership transfer on August 21, 2019 with respect to the above shares among the vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the plaintiff.
