A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the former spouse of C, and the victim D, victim E, F, and G are the siblings of the above C, and the victim H is the wife of the above G, and was the person who was the same as the Defendant.

1. On April 4, 2011, the Defendant forged a private document: (a) stated in the column “A”, “A”, “A”, “C”, “C”, “A”, “I”, and “B”, and “B” in the column of delegation, “B”, and “B” in the State column, “B”, and had been kept in the name of “C,” subsequent to the name of “C,” and “C,” in the State column,” respectively.

Accordingly, the Defendant, for the purpose of uttering, forged the power of attorney in the name of C, a letter of delegation in the name of a private document C, and forged the power of attorney in the name of C over eight times from around that time to January 6, 2015, as shown in the list of crimes in attached Form C (1).

2. The Defendant filed an application for the issuance of a certificate of seal impression in C’s name at the above date, time, and place, and exercised a forged power of attorney over eight times from around that time to January 6, 2015, including the use of a forged power of attorney as if he/she had been genuinely formed, as in the attached Form List of Crimes (1).

3. Fraud;

A. From May 20, 201, the Defendant: (a) entered into a real estate sales contract with the victim K on May 20, 201; (b) the fact that the Defendant: (c) did not have been delegated by the Plaintiff, the owner of the said real estate; (d) provided a forged C’s certificate of seal impression; and (e) deceiving the victim as if he/she was duly entrusted with a contract by C, the owner of the said real estate; and (e) deceiving the victim as if he/she was duly entrusted with a contract, on the same day.
