A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On September 26, 1995, the Defendant reported a marriage with B and September 26, 1995, but was divorced on September 11, 2013.

On April 2013, while the Defendant intended to borrow money from C, the Defendant forged a promissory note in the name of B and a certificate of personal seal impression in the name of B for collateral, and had the intent to obtain a certificate of personal seal impression without permission of B.

1. To use false or forged securities;

A. On April 8, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stated “AE” in the issuer’s column, “BF”, “BF” in the issuer column, and “BF” in the issuer column, and affixed B’s seal impression on the name next to B’s name, on a door-to-door promissory note 104 Dong 105, Dong 105, Dong 105, Dong 104, Dong 105, Dong 105, Dong Do 105, Dong 105, Dong 103, Dong 105, Dong 103, Dong 105, Dong 103.

B. Around April 8, 2013, the Defendant exercised the security interest by delivering forged promissory notes to C, who is unaware of the circumstances, in order to secure his/her obligation at a farm located in Scheon-si G on the same day.

2. Forgery of private documents and the uttering of a falsified investigation document;

A. On April 15, 2013, the Defendant forged a private document: (a) stated that “A”, “E”, “E”, “Y 104-105”, “B”, “B”, “B” in the column for delegation, “B” in the resident registration number column, and “F-105” in the address column as “B”, “B”, “B”, “B” in the resident registration number column, and “B” in the address column without the consent of B; and (b) affixed the seal impression of B prepared in advance on the name of B.

B. In order to obtain a certificate of seal imprint at the date, time, and place specified in the foregoing paragraph (a), the Defendant submitted to the J of a public official who may know of the fact that the certificate of seal imprint was used.
