A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, while entering into a de facto marital relationship with the victim C, has been far far from the point of time, sentenced the Defendant to arbitrarily sell the DK7 car in the name of the victim who is joint ownership of the Defendant and the victim and use it for living expenses, etc.

1. On May 13, 2016, the Defendant forged private documents at the Fdong Office E’s parking lot located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, with intent to forge a proxy to issue a certificate of personal seal impression in the victim’s name in order to obtain a certificate of personal seal impression in the victim’s name necessary for the sale of the said car, and required G with a motor vehicle dealer G to trade used a car-stamp-type color pen to write “C”, “H,” “Korea” in the name of the delegating in the letter of proxy, “H” in the resident registration number column, and “for the sale of a motor vehicle” in the letter of proxy.

For the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged a letter of delegation for issuance of a certificate of seal imprint in the name of C, a private document on rights and obligations.

2. On May 13, 2016, the Defendant, at the Fdong Office located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, around 10:58, exercised the power to issue a forged certificate of seal imprint as described in paragraph (1) as if the completion of the power to issue the forged certificate was duly constituted.

3. The Defendant, around May 13, 2016, sold and embezzled DK7 vehicles in the name of C in the name of the Defendant and the victim C, a joint ownership of the victim C, in a used vehicle trading company for “Moman Ballast” located in 22 in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Seoul, by using a certificate of personal seal impression issued in the name of the victim C.
