If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

Around 07:00 on September 19, 2014, the Defendant: (a) received a report from the manager of the public parking lot in Pyeongtaek-gu Police Station E-gu, Pyeongtaek-gu; and (b) received the investigation of the instant case from the victim slope F, a police officer affiliated with the E-gu Police Station E-gu, which was called the Defendant; and (c) provided, among the said D, that the victims were sexually insultd, the victims of the instant case.
