A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as a Vietnamese woman, had been issued a visa for marriage with Korean male in a disguised marriage, and had reported the marriage as if he actually married in Korea with Korean nationals B (in support for the development of the Suwon Friwon Friwon Friwon Friwon Friwon Friwon Friwon Friwon Friwon, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year on August 8, 2012), a disguised marriage hub C (the same day, and the same court is sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on August 20) and her mother.

The Defendant received the documents necessary for the report of marriage, such as the certificate of marriage requirements, and the certificate of birth, from the Vietnamese Office, from the above C, and instructed the above C to report the marriage as if the Defendant was married to the above B.

B On March 25, 2010, at the Mapo-gu Office in Mapo-gu, Seoul, the fact was recorded in the register of family relations registration as if the above B and the defendant were married, by submitting a false marriage report prepared as if the defendant, who is a woman of Vietnam nationality, had no intention to marry, was married, and by submitting documents such as a false marriage requirement certificate, a birth certificate, etc. of the defendant who is a public official who is not aware of the fact.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with the above B and C, entered a false fact in the family relationship system, which is an electronic records identical to the original copy of the deed, and exercised it immediately by making it available.
