Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was to receive some money from Vietnam Tourism and several in return for disguised marriage through name B, which is a hub for international disguised marriage mediation, and to make a false report of marriage as if he/she got married with Vietnam as a truth.

On May 7, 2010, the Defendant submitted a marriage report and related documents prepared as if he/she was married with Vietnam, to a public official in charge of the name of the family register in the above Myeon Office, and had the said public official, who is aware of the circumstance, enter them into a true marriage with the Defendant and the above C into the family register information processing system as an electronic records and entered them into the register and registered as a true marriage with the Defendant, thereby having recorded the false facts in the public electronic records. At that time, the Defendant used the above public electronic records processing system, which recorded false facts, to store and operate the said public electronic records processing system.

1. Statement of the police suspect interrogation protocol against the accused;

1. Application of each of the Acts and subordinate statutes stated in the marriage-related documents, such as the marriage report, family relation certificate, and marriage relation certificate;

1. Relevant legal provisions of the Criminal Act, Article 228(1) (a) of the Criminal Act (a point of false entry of electronic records), Articles 229 and 228(1) (a point of events of false electronic records) of the Criminal Act, the selection of fines for the crime;

1. The former part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act, and Articles 38 (1) 2 and 50 of the same Act, which aggravated concurrent crimes;

1. Article 70(1) and Article 69(2) of the Criminal Act to attract a workhouse;

1. Article 334 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Act concerning the order of provisional payment;
