Punishment of the crime

【Defendant A was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint injury) at the Suwon method on September 1, 2017, and the judgment became final and conclusive on September 4, 2017.

【Criminal facts C” and the Defendants: (a) aware of the fact that C is an article carried out by C from D and received one Kameras and three Kamerasks, and (b) conspired to borrow money by borrowing money after being entrusted as security to C and the Defendants, with the knowledge that C and the Defendants are in custody.

Defendant

A around 18:00 on August 12, 2016, in the pawned Hall of the trade name, “H” operated by the victim G, a member-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F. 2/303 Dong-gu, Ansan-si, the victim called “h”, “I will lend money to the victim if I will lend money to the victim as a security because I are his father who is his/her father and is required to pay his/her money urgently.”

However, in fact, the above Kameras and Business were not the goods owned by C, the Defendants, or C or the Defendants’ family members, but the E-owned goods acquired by D. The Defendants and C thought they have divided the money from the damaged party, so even if they borrowed money from the damaged party, they did not have any intention or ability to repay.

The Defendants and C conspiredd to deception the victim as above and obtained cash 50,000 won from the damaged person for the purpose of borrowing money.
