1. On April 2, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime of fraud against the victim B: (a) in the “D’s operation” of the victim B in Jeju-si, the Defendant: (b) borrowed a camera and siren from the injured party; and (c) disposed of to the injured party in the middle and in the store to prepare money; (d) however, the Defendant borrowed the camera from the injured party; and (c) provided the victim with a license for the issuance of the camera.

It shall be returned by lending the Kamera and sirens until the rental period.

Accordingly, the Defendant received from the injured party the delivery of 5D Mark II Kameras (on a market price equivalent to KRW 1,448,920), 17-40m 17-40m f44m m m m l3, 24-105m m m 24-105m m l34m l3, and acquired it by fraud.

2. On April 2, 2016, the Defendant against the victim E, in fact, in the “G”, a victim E-operation business entity operating the business machinery siren in the Jeju city F around April 2, 2016, was considered to have taken photographs while returning to a tourist destination and made a photo work using the Nowon-gu, despite the fact that the Defendant borrowed from the damaged party the Nowon-gu from the damaged party, and then disposed of it in a middle and medium store.

It will be used and returned by the loan period of Nowon-gu.

Accordingly, the defendant obtained from the injured party the delivery of 15 Nowon-gu's 15th day from the same day (the market price is 14,850,000 won) and acquired it.

3. On April 4, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime of fraud against the Victim H, the Defendant: (a) borrowed a camera and siren from the injured party, which is a carmere operated by the victim H, in Jeju Island; and (b) did not think of the amount of money by disposing of it in a medium and medium store; (c) however, the Defendant was in need of issuing to the injured party a photograph because he/she had a large number of customers to carry out his/her travel work, and then has to affix a photograph to him/her.

It shall be used for the loan of the camera and siren during the lending period.
