A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 8, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for fraud at the Busan District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence around 2017.

1. Around November 10, 2017, the Defendant suffered special injury: (a) 00:59 on the part of E, operated by the victim D (64) located in Suwon-gu, Busan, to enter the kitchen while under the influence of alcohol and to request the victim to move from the damaged; (b) while taking the victim’s bath, the Defendant bread the victim’s face part and chest part with the victim’s face and chest part in hand, and caused the victim to face with the alcohol cooling, and caused the victim to face with a dangerous object at the same time, the Defendant breaded the victim’s head part with the victim’s hand, and breaded the victim’s head part with the victim’s hand, and boomed the victim’s head part with the victim’s hair, and boomed the victim’s head part with the victim’s two weeks of treatment.
