A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 30, 2016, the Defendant, at the main point of “C” located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, about 04:05, was to listen to the phrase “Nice A.,” “Nice A.,” from the victim D, who was the owner of the business, while drinking alcohol at the main point of “C”, and then was to walk at the air stoves of an amount equivalent to KRW 70,00,000, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 1.3 million, and then to walk at the air stoves of an electricity amounting to KRW 450,000,00, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 1570,000,000, in his/her hand, and damaged the property at the total market price of KRW 197,00,00,000, in a manner of cutting off the gas s

When the Defendant damaged the property of the main point as above at the time and place mentioned in the preceding paragraph, and as a result, the victim E (the victim E (the victim’s face) was faced with the victim’s face by hand, and the victim’s head was faced with the wall, thereby causing approximately two weeks of treatment. In addition, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim’s base and tension.
