Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2016 Highest 1053" was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for property damage, etc. by the Daejeon District Court on April 9, 2015 and the same year.

7. 19. The execution of the above sentence was completed in Daejeon Prison.

On March 10, 2016, the Defendant suffered injury to the number of days of treatment by taking advantage of the following reasons: (a) the victim M (55 years) around 15:40, and the Defendant was under the influence of this alcohol, thereby obstructing the Defendant from driving a stop, and then the victim’s chest was pushed down by hand, and then the victim’s chest part was cut back by drinking a part of the victim’s stop; and (b) once again, the victim took a part of the victim’s stoping in a single fishing vessel once a week, making the victim go beyond the floor and the back part of the head fell against the victim’s stop with the victim’s head, thereby getting the victim to undergo a stoping procedure on the back of the head.

The defendant of "2016 Highest 1267" was sentenced to eight months by imprisonment with prison labor for property damage, etc. at the Daejeon District Court on April 9, 2015 and the same year.

7. 19. The execution of the sentence was completed in Daejeon Prison.

On March 16, 2016, at around 17:45, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol on the frontway in Daejeon Dong-gu N, Daejeon, he breathdd the breath of the victim M(55 years old) with breath, and assaulted the victim when he was breath of the victim’s face.
