A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the relationship in which the Victim C (V, 50 years of age) and the Defendant hedging from February 2016 to June 201.

1. On June 21, 2016, the Defendant suffered injury on June 21, 2016: (a) around 22:45, 2016, the Defendant sought reimbursement from the indoor packing machine run by the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Victim; (b) the Defendant demanded reimbursement of the obligation; (c) 50,000 won in cash to the State “draw outside of why is?”

2. On June 22, 2016, the injured Defendant, as described in paragraph 1, told the police that “the Defendant would report to the police” while assaulting the victim.

On June 22, 2016, the Defendant returned to the above packing and paid the money in installments around 02:09.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence.

4. On June 22, 2016, the Defendant is written in front of the victim’s house door as described in paragraph (3) from around 11:30 to around 12:00.
