1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 23,80,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from August 31, 2017 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. On January 8, 2011, the Plaintiff began to transfer KRW 400,00 from the Plaintiff’s account to the Defendant’s account. From the Plaintiff’s account, the Plaintiff’s mother, and the Plaintiff’s ChokD, the account in the name of the Defendant, and the account in the name of E, F, G, and H, etc., which was requested by the Defendant to deposit, up to July 10, 2012, the Plaintiff deposited KRW 93,61,300 in total over 90 as follows.
