1. Determination on loan claims

A. The Plaintiff asserted that the Plaintiff leased the Defendant a sum of KRW 157,242,143 from July 4, 2008 to June 8, 201, and thus, the Defendant shall return it.

B. (1) On August 5, 2008, the Plaintiff and the Defendant jointly operated “J real estate” from Chuncheon City I by February 2012, 2012, following the agreement: “The Defendant provided a licensed real estate agent’s license, the Plaintiff will provide an office to each individual; the Plaintiff’s investment is mutually recognized as an individual investor; and the remaining income after deducting the operating expenses of the office monthly rent, etc. from the income accrued from real estate management.”

(B) From August 5, 2008 to July 12, 2010, the Plaintiff remitted the sum of KRW 72,050,755 from the Plaintiff’s C&C account (D) to the Defendant, etc. as follows:
