A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Records] On August 24, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a year of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act (compact) at the Suwon Flag Flag, and the judgment became final and conclusive on September 1, 2017.

[Criminal facts] No person shall trade marijuana, and shall smoke or take in marijuana or its seed coats.

1. On October 5, 2016, the Defendant for the purchase of marijuana and C conspired to purchase and smoke marijuana from the foregoing F, etc., by connecting from D, “D” to ID, etc., a sale book for the sale of narcotics, etc., which was posted by F, etc., the sales book for the sale of narcotics.

The Defendant and C, following the above public offering, around 15:20 on October 5, 2016, transferred KRW 250,000 to the new bank account in the name of the Defendant, and the Defendant: (a) decided to contact the said F with the said F and purchase 1g of marijuana; and (b) on October 6, 2016, purchased bitco at the G convenience store in the address of the Defendant and connected the H non-cocoin exchange to the said F and transferred 0.27BTC (186,30 won at that time) to the bitcoco address designated by the said F and then purchased ma in the way of covering 02:00 on the same day, the said F and others purchased ma in advance within the house located near Gangnamnam Station in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

From that time until January 16, 2017, the Defendant purchased 14.5g in total at the market price of 3,109,382 bitcos (4.6047BTC) over nine occasions, i.e., a crime sight table (1).

2. The Defendant: (a) pursuant to the public offering as described in the foregoing paragraph (1) with C, the Defendant, at around October 6, 2016, placed in the house of the Defendant and C, at around 03:0, J. B in Suwon-si building J. 503, in a smoking pipe made up of approximately 1g of marijuana purchased as described in the foregoing paragraph (1), and fluened and inhaled, with a smoke attached thereto.
