A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
1,190,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.
The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Purchasing marijuana;
A. On December 11, 2016, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s house located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, 202 and 412, written a statement that he sells marijuana at the Defendant’s home. The Defendant paid 1.90,000 won to an electronic wall tag, which was known by the non-member of the above name, and purchased the transported article 0.5g of marijuana, which is contained in a transparent plastic paper paper, using the transportation of cross-city bus freight in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, Seoul-do, and then purchased it by receiving the transported article 0.5g of marijuana, which is contained in a transparent plastic paper paper.
B. On December 16, 2016, the Defendant paid 500,000 bitcos equivalent to the above method, and on the same day, received and purchased the transported water containing approximately 3g of marijuana from the above E.

On January 14, 2017, the Defendant paid 500,000 won a bitco, and around January 15, 2017, received transported water containing approximately 3g of marijuana from the above E and purchased it.
2. Smoking marijuana;
A. On December 12, 2016, the Defendant smoked by inserting approximately 0.5g of hemp in the Nam-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu “G” joints with tobacco pipes, and then attaching a fire to smoke.
B. Around December 16, 2016, the Defendant: (a) put about approximately 1g of marijuana into a tobacco pipe; and (b) smokeed in a way of smoking with a fire attached thereto.

around 01:00 on December 17, 2016, the Defendant smoked in a way that smokes by inserting approximately 1g of marijuana into the pipe of tobacco and attaching a fire.
(d)
At around 06:00 on the same day as the above paragraph (c) above, the Defendant her smoked by inserting approximately 1g of marijuana into a pipe of tobacco, and then attaching a fire to smoke.
E. On January 15, 2017, around 22:00, the Defendant smoked in a way that smokes by inserting approximately 1g of marijuana in tobacco pipes, after inserting it into tobacco pipes, and attaching a fire.
