1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally serve as the Plaintiff KRW 19,257,884 and as a result, from March 16, 2018 to June 13, 2019.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On February 6, 2017, the Plaintiff purchased from the Defendants the KRW 1,540,000 square meters for multi-family housing of 47.6 square meters of multi-family housing of 47.6 square meters of 2 stories, 103.02 square meters of 3 stories, 100.68 square meters of 4 stories, and 77.71 square meters of 4 stories (hereinafter “instant building”) constructed on the land of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government from the Defendants, and entered into a special agreement as follows.

B. On February 13, 2017, the Defendants filed an application for approval for the use of the instant building with the Gangseo-gu Office, and obtained approval for the use on the 17th of the same month.

2. The plaintiff's assertion asserts that the plaintiff has a defect that requires 21,805,038 won in total for defect repair costs in the building of this case purchased from the defendants, and the defendants are jointly and severally liable to compensate the plaintiff for the damages equivalent to the above amount.

3. Determination

A. In full view of the purport of the entire pleadings by the certified appraiser of the facts of fact-finding, the following defects are acknowledged in the building of this case, i.e., lack of gender to be used for ordinary purposes.
