A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of two months.

Punishment of the crime

Around 07:20 on March 12, 2019, the Defendant entered the “DPC bank” under the control of the victim C located in Gangseo-si, Gangnam-si, where the Defendant works as a part-time employee, and entered into the said PC bank without a separate manager. The Defendant carried on the business without a separate manager during the morning time; the Defendant did not have any customer; the victim used the cash holdings other than the cash holdings kept in the cash register at the cash register located in the cash register at the above PC holder; and 200,000 won in cash collected from the cash register sales machine; 10,000 won in cash and 200,000 won in the gift certificate sales machine; 20,000 won in cash collected from the above PC box sales machine; 200,000 won in cash opening the cash register at the above key; 200,000 won in total and 38,000 won in cash sales machine; and 200,000 won in the market price.
