Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Justice] On October 24, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for larceny at the Daegu District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on January 13, 2014.

1. Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen the victim's property.
