Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by imprisonment for eight months, respectively.
However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendants’ co-principal attempt to steal money by intrusioning on the new wall on the restaurant where the funeral service ends;
A. At around 01:00 on January 3, 2015, Defendant B reported the network in front of the restaurant, Defendant A opened a restaurant and opened it, and Defendant A took a theft with a treasury of the amount equivalent to KRW 100,000,000,00,000 in the market value of the victim’s cash, the victim’s possession on the restaurant.
B. On January 10, 2015, around 00:04, at the “I restaurant” in the operation of the Victim H located in Namwon-si, Namwon-si, by opening a door in a way that allows the doors of the corrected restaurant so far and opening the door into that place, and cutting off the door with a cash of KRW 100,000,000, owned by the victim at the credit cooperative located in that place;
C. At around 01:00 on January 13, 2015, Defendant B reported the network, Defendant A opened a restaurant and opened a cafeteria, and colored money and valuables, such as following a safe on the knickter, but no money and valuables are available to attempted money and valuables;
D. At around 03:00 on January 15, 2015, Defendant B reported the network, Defendant B opened a restaurant and opened it, and Defendant A stolen with 300,000 won in cash and 20,000 won in gift certificates, which are the victim’s possession in the book.
Accordingly, the Defendants, together, stolen property equivalent to KRW 870,00,000 owned by the victims three times in total, and attempted to steals the victim H’s property, but attempted to do so.

In the case of the "I restaurant" in the operation of the victim H, a door shall be opened in such a way that the cafeteria, which is corrected, shall be kept, and the 200,000 won, which is the cash owned by the victim, shall be kept.
