A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Around December 29, 2019, the Defendant posted a notice on the “F” office in the operation of the Defendant’s father in Pakistan-si on December 29, 2019, stating that he/she sells the “Madag” to “G”, a medium goods Internet electronic commerce site.

The Defendant made a false statement to the victim H, who reported and contacted comments, to the effect that “A remittance of KRW 380,000 shall be Madden and send a worship.”

However, the defendant did not have any goods to be sold, so there was no intention or ability to send the goods to the victim.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 380,000 won from the victim to the account of community credit cooperatives (I) in the name of the Defendant for the same day as the price of goods.

In addition, the Defendant, from around that time to January 16, 2020, by deceiving all 18 victims, such as the list of crimes in the annexed Table 2020 Godan581, and by remitting KRW 6,442,00.

On January 11, 2020, the Defendant posted a notice on the “L”, which is a medium goods Internet digital commerce site, at the Defendant’s residence located in J apartment K at the time of Pakistan-si on January 11, 2020.

The Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “When remitting KRW 1,00,000 to the victim M who reported and contacted the comments, the Defendant would return it.”

However, the defendant did not have any goods to be sold, so there was no intention or ability to send the goods to the victim.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, was transferred KRW 1,00,000 to the account of community credit cooperatives (I) in the name of the Defendant on the same day from the victim.

In addition, from around that time to February 22, 2020, the Defendant, as shown in [Attachment 2020 Manda999], by deceiving all three victims, and by remitting KRW 1,420,000.
