Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 11, 2013, around 01:39, the Defendant: (a) took the same attitude that he would normally pay the taxi fee, while having no intention or ability to pay the taxi fee; (b) took the taxi driven by the victim B; and (c) had the victim drive the taxi to the Seoul Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seoul Dongdaemun-gu 650-1 Jeondong-1 Public Security Center, thereby having the victim obtain property benefits equivalent to KRW 9,960.
