The sentence of each sentence against the Defendants shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

A personal information manager shall not collect, create, link, link, record, store, hold, process, edit, search, output, correct, use, provide, destroy, and other similar acts of personally identifiable information, such as resident registration numbers, unless he/she notifies a subject of information of certain matters and obtains consent separately from the consent to manage other personal information, or specifically demands or permits the management of personally identifiable information in Acts and subordinate statutes.

D University from March 2015 to March 1, 2015, received subsidies from the Ministry of Employment and Labor in the form of consortium E, and operated the University Youth Employment Center business from March 1, 2016 to March 1, 2016. Defendant A and C had worked as a counselor at the University Job Center from March 14, 2016 to February 28, 2018, and Defendant B had worked as a counselor at the University Job Center under the above E-university from March 2015 to March 28, 2015.

On March 2016, the Defendants came to know that, in the course of the course of the business of the Youth Employment Center at a university, there was a DNA university student who stored an application for job seeking in the Employment Security Information Network of the Ministry of Employment and Labor (hereinafter referred to as the “Work Network”), he could not enter the information in the course of the business of the University Job Center at a university even though he/she provided job seeking counseling as part of the business of the University Job Center.

Accordingly, the Defendants were willing to arbitrarily delete the application for job-seeking activities of the University Youth Employment Center without the consent of the university students who are data subjects, and enter the same job-seeking information into the application for job-seeking activities of the University Creation Job Center in the same content, by dividing the application for job-seeking activities, including resident registration numbers, which were received from the university students at around the time as part of the business of the University Youth Employment Center, and kept in the office.

Accordingly, the Defendants were from North Korea on April 4, 2016.
