1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. B Promotion of the Support Project and appointment of the Plaintiff) The Minister of Education from 2008 to 2008 refers to “B” (B; hereinafter referred to as “C”) belonging to a university affiliated research institute, etc.
(2) A research institute affiliated with a university, etc., which seeks to obtain support for research project costs, etc. through a c project, is in charge of executing the relevant project in accordance with the direction and schedule of the project established by the Minister of Education (the content of the “management and operation guidelines” established based on the relevant laws and regulations for the efficient implementation of the C project, and is selected as a person eligible for support for a maximum of 10 years following a phased review.
Accordingly, D University established and operated by the Defendant also designated the “E Research Institute” as the so-called “C Research Institute,” and received certain research expenses as a result of application for C projects, and in the process, on January 17, 2008, the “Rules on the Appointment of Research Personnel at D University B” (hereinafter “Rules on the Appointment of Research Personnel”) was enacted to appoint research personnel, such as C professors.
3) AD University appointed the Plaintiff as a professor affiliated with the E Research Institute in accordance with the instant employment rules, etc., and the term of the contract was from June 1, 2008 to October 31, 2010, respectively (one year of the early contract period, but the term of the contract was extended on May 27, 2009 to the end of the first phase C business according to the recommendation of the Korean Research Foundation.
(2) From November 1, 2010 to August 31, 2013 (stage 2 C).
The plaintiff was appointed as the first assistant professor, but the rank of the associate professor was raised on October 1, 2012, and the relevant business period was thereafter.
