[Relationship with the Defendants] Defendant A, as the representative director of Defendant D Co., Ltd and Defendant E Co., Ltd. from March 2, 2006, is a assistant business operator who received subsidies from the F market to introduce low-floor buses.

B From August 1974, he was employed by Defendant D Co., Ltd and Defendant E Co., Ltd. from around 2007, and was in charge of general affairs of the above Co., Ltd., and Defendant C is employed by Defendant D Co., Ltd and Defendant E Co., Ltd. from around September 21, 1992, and was in charge of the accounting affairs of the above Co., Ltd. from around 2007.

D Co., Ltd. is a corporation established for the purpose of all trade of automobile transportation business, automobile rental business, and automobile accessories located in G, and Defendant E Co., Ltd is a corporation established for the purpose of passenger transport service and trucking transport business, automobile accessories sales and processing located in the same address.
[Criminal facts]
1. Defendant A, B, and C’s joint crime was committed on April 26, 2010 to April 29, 2014 with respect to the E stock company, with a subsidy of KRW 1,188,54,000 for the bus and KRW 719,394,00 for the city bus and KRW 1,186,092,000 for the city bus and KRW 480,000 for the natural gas bus subsidies, and the Defendants were in possession of and were in custody of the bus and KRW 24 for the purpose of facilitating the transportation convenience of the traffic disadvantaged from F to F. From April 29, 2014, with respect to the Defendant D corporation, with a subsidy of KRW 1,188,54,00 for the city bus as part of the aforementioned business from around May 26, 2010 to around November 1, 2014; the Defendants received and used KRW 36,005,3005,7000 for the city bus.
A subsidy program operator or an indirect subsidy program operator who implements a national subsidy program shall be a central government office after completion of the relevant subsidy program.
