Defendant
On March 18, 2010, A was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for one year at the Seoul Central District Court for fraud, and the judgment was finalized on March 26, 2010. On August 16, 2012, Defendant C was sentenced to two years of suspension of the execution of imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Central District Court for fraud, etc. and the judgment was finalized on December 27, 2012.
1. Defendant A and B intented to obtain money from the victim’s network E as the borrowed money.
Accordingly, around August 28, 2009, the Defendants made a false statement to the G Real Estate Office located in the Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, stating that “The Defendant will return the loan of KRW 200 million to 15,000,000,000,000,000,000 won as security,” and Defendant B made a false statement to the effect that “I will return the loan to the Defendant as if I were the employees of the State H, and as if I were the employees of the State H, the Defendant would have been responsible for working at the bank at a single bond loan for more than 10 years, and return the loan to the bank interest.” At the time of the domestic game, the Defendants made a false statement to the effect that “I will pay for the interest of the bond.”
Accordingly, when the victim borrowed KRW 200 million from I and J respectively, the defendant A around that time made a false statement that "I will pay 1.5 million won per month interest on bonds and 4 million won by lending money to the victim. If I lend money, I will offer 1,500,000 won per month as security. I will offer 1,000 won as if the lessee of the above real estate C resides in the above real estate at the deposit amount of KRW 10,000,000,000,0000,000 won. I issued a false real estate lease contract to the above place, and the defendant B had a wind, such as being accompanied by the defendant A at all times, and having a gear against the next.
However, the above C does not reside in the above real estate as the lessee.
