Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant A, the trade name of “F” in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongbuk-do, is a person who has engaged in a cargo vehicle brokerage business; B is the actual representative of “H of a stock company,” which is engaged in a business of transporting aggregate from Gangwon-gu, Young-gun, Gangwon-do; and Defendant A, around 2010, was aware of in the course of performing duties as a driver by a transportation company as well as by a transportation company.
Defendant
On November 2016, A met B at the coffee shop in which it is mutually known, which is located in the Hocheon-si, Chungcheongbuk-si, and then purchased a truck from B to sell it to people, the amount of KRW 50,000,000,000 may remain. In the Republic of Korea, the victims may sell it to the victims, with the proposal that “the victims would have offered a stable job,” and Defendant A sold the truck by wind on the side of the victims and agreed to commit the crime of fraud.”
1. In addition, Defendant A and B made a false statement to the effect that on November 201, 2016, Defendant A and B met the victim I at a cafeteria on the mutual influent restaurant in Gyeyang-gu Incheon, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, and Defendant A would have the victim I pay money to the article he/she seeks, if the money is additionally purchased.
